Implicarea activ\u0103 a cursan\u021bilor dezavantaja\u0163i, \u015fi \u00eencurajarea \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii autonome atrag diverse beneficii: cursan\u0163ii devin mai competen\u021bi pe pia\u021ba de munc\u0103 \u0219i \u0219ansele lor de incluziune cresc. Acest lucru este posibil prin echiparea cursan\u0163ilor \u0219i profesorilor cu materiale \u0219i metodologii corespunz\u0103toare \u0219i aplicarea acestora pe parcursul cursurilor. O astfel de metodologie este metoda clasei inversate.<\/p>\n<p>Metodologia clasei inversate ofer\u0103 profesorilor \u015fi trainerilor oportunitatea de a ie\u015fi din rolul profesorului atot\u015ftiutor \u015fi a aborda un rol de mentor, care genereaz\u0103 cursurile pe baza nevoilor cursan\u0163ilor. Ei au fost primii care au folosit video-uri online \u00een afara clasei, pentru a pune baza con\u0163inutului programului de formare. Aplicarea acestei metodologii \u00een procesul \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103rii are ca \u015fi rezultat \u00een\u0163elegerea mai aprofundat\u0103 a materialului didactic. Jonathan Bergman \u015fi Aaron Sams au \u00eenceput astfel mi\u015fcarea clasei inversate, care are la baz\u0103 \u00eentrebarea \u201cCe este necesar s\u0103 \u015ftie cursan\u0163ii mei?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen zilele noastre metoda clasei inversate este folosit\u0103 de c\u0103tre traineri \u0219i profesori pentru c\u0103 are diverse avantaje:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cursan\u021bii \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 materialul mai profund<\/li>\n<li>cursan\u021bii particip\u0103 la ore \u00een mod mai activ,<\/li>\n<li>m\u0103sura interac\u021biunii \u00eentre cursan\u0163i cre\u0219te, ei \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u00e2nd unul de la cel\u0103lalt<\/li>\n<li>trainerii \u0219i cursan\u0163ii pot s\u0103 schimbe feedbackuri mai u\u0219or<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Avantajele men\u021bionate mai sus sunt doar c\u00e2teva care ne-au \u00eencurajat \u00een aplicarea metodei \u00een cadrul proiectului Aid Kit. Instrumentele digitale selectate de c\u0103tre partenerii proiectului sunt adaptate metodei clasei inversate. Unit\u0103\u0163ile din cadrul programului de formare Aid Kit prezint\u0103 anumite recomand\u0103ri despre cum s\u0103 se aplice aceste instrumente pe parcursul orelor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>URM\u0102TORUL PAS \u00ceN PROIECTUL AID KIT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Profesori \u0219i traineri din \u021b\u0103rile partenere vor testa programul de formare dezvoltat \u0219i vor \u00eencepe aplicarea instrumentelor digitale \u00een cursurile lor.
